Items that may not be sold
Stolen goods; counterfeits; fraudulent certificates or altered serial numbers; illegal or recalled goods; items whose sale would infringe copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights; and any item the seller is not authorized to sell are prohibited.
Also prohibited are dangerous weapons or materials, controlled substances, human remains, live animals, financial credentials, personal data, government identifiers, sanctions-restricted goods, and content or items whose sale is unlawful in the relevant jurisdiction.
Collectibles-specific disclosures
Reprints, reproductions, facsimiles, altered cards, restored items, trimmed cards, replacement parts, custom cards, and uncertain signatures must be clearly and prominently disclosed. They may still be restricted when another person's rights or applicable law prohibit the sale.
Do not describe a raw or platform-reviewed card as officially graded, authenticated, or guaranteed unless the stated independent service actually issued that result and the certificate information is accurate.
Enforcement and reporting
