    Available now / CSV import

Already have a spreadsheet? Don’t start over.

Import an existing CSV into your authorized Vault or business inventory. Map your columns before creating records, then add photos through each saved record when useful.

    • CSV only today. Export an Excel spreadsheet as CSV before uploading.
    • Up to 5,000 rows per request. Your plan’s item limits, card-metadata access and user permissions still apply.
    • Column mapping is available. Automatic checklist matching and uncertain-card review are in development.
    • Duplicate-safe repeat import is not yet proven. The current importer creates new records; uploading the same rows again can create duplicates.

In HaloVault ≠ approved to sell. Import does not establish physical custody, acquisition cost or sale approval. Business inventory still needs the appropriate location, permissions, review and available stock.

    HaloVision / Look closer

Don’t know exactly what you have? Take a picture.

HaloVision helps identify unfamiliar cards. Photos can also add evidence about the physical copy to an existing card record. Review printing, parallel and available condition information; supported grading and forensic tools depend on the evidence and enabled features.

Add it now. Go deeper when you want. You can organize cards and explore available estimates before adding photographs.

    Physical-verification labels / in development

Physical card not yet verified → Photos added · review pending → Physical details reviewed

A photo alone must not produce a Verified badge. Identification confidence, photo presence and physical verification are separate facts. Store-Verified remains reserved for inspection by an authorized verifier.

Add later photos or a rescan through the existing card record. A repeated CSV upload or a new search is not a proven duplicate-safe update path. Separate real copies still need separate copy records.

A clean sleeve or case is okay. Top loaders, one-touches, slabs, plastic, and display glass can work. Glare or barrier scratches lower confidence; HaloVault asks for a retake only when the card itself is obscured.
