Available now

Collectors

Free first card check, HaloVision photo identification, search, personal Vault, collection tracking, available value evidence, physical locations, QR labels, CSV import/export, Collection Snapshot and collector research. Grade Advisor’s public first look is enabled; deeper analysis depends on account access. The team-card offer appears only while its campaign configuration is open.

Available now

Subscription billing

Collector and Seller Pro subscription checkout is enabled in production. This is account subscription billing, not authorization to operate merchant payments, a register or marketplace checkout.

Controlled pilot

ShopOS workflows

Acquisition, exact-card sales/holds, location permissions, register/handoff, buyer claim, reviewed returns and accounting workflows have controlled-pilot implementations. Enrollment, configuration and production acceptance are required. Feature flags may keep individual actions unavailable even to a subscriber. The phone/Card Show flow is a pilot candidate awaiting production and physical-device acceptance.

Coming next

Connected selling — in development

External marketplace publishing, production eBay synchronization, incoming channel-sale updates, delisting and channel-health reconciliation are not enabled for general production use. Demonstrations show intended behavior, not live integrations.

Coming next

Storefront, shipping and expansion

Public HaloVault storefront checkout is not open. Unrestricted merchant shipping and integrated phone/card-terminal charging are not advertised. Broader multi-location operations, store transfers, consolidated reporting and connected resale remain planned or in development.

What should I know about Card Show hardware and payment?

Supported external payment must have completed elsewhere before it is recorded. No integrated credit-card charge, universal Bluetooth printer compatibility or offline checkout is promised. PDF/PNG labels and companion-app handoff exist in the candidate; each printer/phone route needs physical qualification. A lost connection requires recovery before selling again.

What follows a card to its next owner?

Only the card identity and permitted history. Seller acquisition costs, internal notes, customer information and role-restricted financial records do not automatically transfer. A receipt is not proof that a buyer claimed the card. A refund is not confirmation of a physical return.
