Physical card not yet verified → Photos added · review pending → Physical details reviewed. A photo alone is not physical inspection. Store-Verified remains reserved for authorized inspection.
The Acquisition Desk handles known physical cards. Expanded bulk buying and matching have their own review and acceptance gates.
