HALOVAULT SHOPOS

Your card business.
Finally connected.

Catalog once. Publish everywhere.
Sell anywhere. Stay synchronized.

One physical-card record for independent dealers, home-based sellers, online sellers, card-show tables and card shops.

The connected-selling vision is in development. Counter and business workflows remain a controlled pilot; signing up does not activate a register, merchant payments or shipping.

Illustrative tax only, not a jurisdiction’s rate or tax advice. Qualified direct POS uses configured tax mechanisms. Online orders reconcile marketplace-reported tax and payment; HaloVault does not collect that tax again. No live integration, payment, sale or ownership transfer occurs here.

How the illustrated show sale works

A dealer scans the exact card, accepts the $72 offer and records an already completed external payment. The qualified POS configuration supplies applicable tax and the customer total. The physical copy becomes unavailable, and connected destinations receive updates in the proposed channel flow.

What if the card sells online first?

The proposed channel flow receives the order and locks the physical card. The local phone/register shows SOLD ONLINE — DO NOT SELL. Marketplace-reported tax, payment and fees are reconciled, not recollected.

Production eBay synchronization and public storefront checkout are not enabled. Demonstration channel names are intended destinations, not live integrations.

Direct POS tax and payment

Qualified counter configurations calculate applicable tax using the existing POS tax setup. The present counter contract uses tax-exclusive pricing and USD; tax-inclusive policies require a reviewed mapping. Configuration must reflect the business and jurisdiction. This page makes no tax-compliance guarantee. Phone/show payments are recorded after supported external payment completes; integrated card charging is not advertised.

External marketplace orders

ShopOS’s connected-selling vision reconciles the order, marketplace-reported tax and payment, channel fees, shipping expense and physical inventory state. Tax already handled by the marketplace is not independently charged again. Production channel synchronization remains in development.

What counts as profit?

Actual sale consideration, costs, fees, refunds and fulfillment expenses must be recorded. A market estimate never fills missing accounting facts. Realized margin remains unknown when required facts are missing. Financial export, accounting mappings and journal posting have separate release and approval controls; no automatic live journal posting is promised. Channel-specific prices and floor-price controls are not marketed as available until their production support is verified.

ONE INVENTORY TRUTH

A refund does not automatically restock a card. An accepted physical return and availability review determine what happens next.

Controlled pilot

Know what you paid.
Decide what you’ll ask.

A market estimate is not acquisition cost. It is not your asking price, either. Keep those three facts separate.

Location permissions and team roles govern who can inspect costs, price inventory and operate pilot workflows. Registers, returns and reconciliation follow their existing acceptance controls.
